മോഷണം, ഭീഷണി, തെറി, സ്റ്റോക്കിങ്ങ് - ഇനിയെന്തൊക്കെ കേരള്‍സ്.കോം?

ആദ്യം ഒരു ചോദ്യം?: എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇതുവരെ ബ്ലോഗുകളില്‍ നടന്ന രണ്ട് വലിയ മോഷണ പരമ്പരയും മലയാളത്തില്‍ നിന്നായത്? നമ്മള്‍ പ്രതികരിക്കില്ല എന്ന് തോന്നതു കൊണ്ടാവുമോ?

കേരള്‍സ്.കോം മൂന്നൂറോളം ബ്ലോഗുകളില്‍ നിന്ന് കഥയും കവിതയും മോഷ്ടിക്കുന്നു. അത് കണ്ട് പിടിച്ച് സജി എന്ന ബ്ലോഗര്‍ പോസ്റ്റിടുന്നു. kerlas.com നോട് അവ മാറ്റാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു ഈമെയില്‍ അയക്കുന്നു. കേരള്‍സ്.കോം അതിനു യാതൊരു വിലയും കല്പിക്കുന്നില്ല. ഒരു പോസ്റ്റല്ല പോയത്, മാത്രവുമല്ല, മറ്റൊരു പുതിയ ബ്ലോഗറോ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ അങ്ങിനെ അറിവില്ലാത്തവരോ അല്ല. എത്രയോ അധികം ഓഫീസികള്‍ ഉണ്ടെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന എഴുന്നൂറോളം ജീവനക്കാരുണ്ടെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു സ്ഥാപനമാണ് (Anashwara Group Pvt Ld) ഈ മോഷണകുറ്റം ചെയ്തത്. എന്ന് വെച്ചാല്‍ സാധാരണ ബ്ലോഗേര്‍സ്, താന്താങ്ങളുടെ ഒഴിവു സമയങ്ങളിലോ മറ്റോ മറ്റുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് സൌജന്യമായി കൊടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു വസ്തു എടുത്ത്, മോഷ്ടിച്ച് മറ്റൊരു വലിയ കമ്പനി ലാഭം കൊയ്യുന്നു, അവരുടെ യൂസേര്‍സിനെ വഞ്ചിക്കുന്നു. (മുന്‍പ് നമ്മള്‍ കേട്ടതാണതുപോലെ ഒരു വമ്പന്‍ മോഷണം)

പക്ഷെ ഇതിനു അതിലെങ്ങുമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു പ്രത്യേകത ഉണ്ടായി. മോഷ്ടിച്ച വസ്തു എടുത്തു മാറ്റുവാന്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമ്പോള്‍ തിരിച്ച് തെറി വിളിയും ഭീഷണിയുടെ സ്വരവും. മാത്രമല്ല ആളെ കണ്ടു പിടിച്ച് അടിക്കുമെന്നും മറ്റും. അത് മാത്രമല്ല, അവര്‍ മോഷ്ടിച്ച കാര്യം എഴുതിയ ബ്ലോഗുകള്‍ നീക്കം ചെയ്യണമെന്നും വരെ ഭീഷണി.

സംഭവങ്ങളുടെ ചുരുളഴിയുന്നത് ഇങ്ങിനെ:

സജിയ്ക്ക് മൂന്ന് ദിവസവും മറുപടി വരാത്ത സ്ഥിതിക്കും മുന്നൂറോളം ബ്ലോഗുകള്‍ മോഷണം പോയ സ്ഥിതിക്കും അവര്‍ മന:പ്പൂര്‍വ്വം തെറ്റ് ചെയ്തു എന്ന ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥിതിക്കും അവരുടെ സൈറ്റില്‍ പോയി ഞാന്‍ ഒരു കമ്പ്ലെയിന്റ് വെക്കുന്നു.

Looks like you don't even know how to reply to an email properly. You have done daylight robbery that too sitting in U.S which has stringent copyright laws and then you claim to know laws, that too claiming to be in the industry for 10 years? Please, don't insult our intelligence.

What you have done is complete violation of the Creative Common Licenses. All blogs listed there come under the Creative Common License. You can write any terms and conditions in your website, but nothing will suffice for blatant theft of content.

Please do google and at least know what even happened to Yahoo for violating copyright laws of blogs. This is no silly matter as you presume.

(Oh btw, There is no section 323 under the United States Judiciary. Do not think we are some idiots sitting in U.S. If this case prolongs, you would really need to get a lawyer to know what all sections are there. )

അതിനിടെ പലരും പല വിവരങ്ങളും കമ്പനിയെക്കുറിച്ച് ശേഖരിക്കുകയും മറ്റും ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു. തുളസിയുടെ നാല് ഫോട്ടോകള്‍ മോഷ്ടിച്ചത് നീക്കം ചെയ്യണമെന്നും തക്കതായ പ്രതിഫലം നല്‍കണമെന്നും തുളസി ആവശ്യപെട്ടപ്പോള്‍ പോയി പണി നോക്കൂ എന്ന മട്ടിലാണ് അവര്‍ പ്രതികരിച്ചത്. പിന്നീട് മാറ്റുമെന്നും മറ്റും പറഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും ഇപ്പോഴും ആ ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ അവിടെയുണ്ട്.

എന്താ‍യാലും കേരള്‍സ്.കോം ന്റെ മലയാളം സെക്ഷന്‍ ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തു. പക്ഷെ എന്നിട്ടും ഇന്ന് കാലത്തെ എനിക്ക് ശിവയുടെ വക പുതിയ ഒരു ലീഗല്‍ ആക്ഷന്‍ ഭീഷണി മെയില്‍. ഗൂഗിളിനേം എന്നേയും സൂ ചെയ്യുമെന്ന്. എന്തിന്? എന്റെ ബ്ലോഗില്‍ അവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ രണ്ട് പോസ്റ്റ് വെച്ചതിനു. യാതൊരു അടിസ്ഥാനവുമില്ലാതെ, നിയമത്തിന്റെ എ, ബി, സി , ഡി അറിയാതെ ഇങ്ങിനെ ചുമ്മാ മെയില്‍ അയക്കല്‍ ആണിവരുടെ പ്രധാന വിനോദം എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു.

അത് മാത്രമല്ല masalamax.com, malayalampadam.com എന്നീ‍ വെബ് സൈറ്റുകളും അവരുടേതാണ്. ആദ്യത്തേത് പോണ്‍ ആണെങ്കില്‍ രണ്ടാമത്തേത് മലയാളം സിനിമകള്‍ കാണാനുള്ള ഇടം. രണ്ടാമത്തെ വെബ് സൈറ്റിനെതിരെ പോലീസ് ഒരു കമ്പ്ലെയിന്റ് ആ‍ദ്യമേ രെജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് താനും.

അവരുടെ സൈറ്റ് അടച്ച് പൂട്ടിയതിനു ശേഷം അവിടെ കണ്ട ഒരു ലിങ്കിലൂടെ ഒരു അനാഥാശ്രമത്തിനു അവര്‍ പൈസ ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നൊരു ചിത്രവും. പോണ്‍ സൈറ്റ് നടത്തിയാണോ അനാഥാശ്രമം നടത്തുന്നത്? ഇവരുടെ നിവിലുള്ള യാതൊരു അഡ്രസ്സുകളും ശരിയായതല്ല കാണിക്കുന്നതും. ഇതെല്ലാം എന്തോ വലിയ ഒരു തട്ടിപ്പിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി തോന്നുന്നു.

Then I see a website with my bloggerId created by kerals.com team and the abuse never ends.

I really wanted to give a last chance to resolve the issue with kerals.com and Anashwara Group Pvt Ltd. I was abused and threatened repeatedly. Waiting and trying to find a solution, spending so much time in my busy work schedule, with this much patience, after being abused and threatened on a daily basis for a week, I knew I don’t have to wait anymore.

If just reading the emails are chilling, you should realize what I am going through. But I am very sure I won’t give up the fight against such criminal behavior. It can be me or you or anyone tomorrow.

I have launched a complaint against some individuals for abusing, threatening and stalking me.

I will let the law takes it’s own course.

Will keep you all updated. Thanks a lot for each and every encouraging and supporting comments and big thank you for those bloggers who put posts against this.
